Brockenchack 'Miss Bronte' Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Years ago, there seemed to be plenty of Cabernet vines growing in Eden Valley, yet few
remain today. We enjoy Cabernet as much as you do, feeling the need to uphold the local folklore of this noble variety. Our Miss Bronte is named after our eldest granddaughter Bronte and was created to be enjoyed on any day with a “y” in it.

Inky dark red with crimson hues. A pungent core lift of blackcurrant, cracked black pepper, with dark chocolate and a splash of raspberry, is a truly impressive aromatic opening for this high country Eden Valley single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine continues in the same vein as a lean, elegant long distance runner of a palate, with granuley drying ‘humming’ tannins, underneath a runway strip of concentrated cassis and green peppercorns.

Definitely one that will hold on for the longer journey.
